Summer at the Wayland Library: Teen Program, New Weekend Hours
Check out what's happening this summer at the Wayland Public Library.

The Wayland Public Library has changing hours, and programs and events throughout the summer.
The library, during Wayland High School finals week, is open late. On June 17 and 18, the library will be open until 11 p.m. for high school students who want to study for exams. Plus, they’re serving pizza after 5 p.m.
Upcoming events include a poetry workshop, book clubs, workshops, performances, a talk with author Carrie Russell and story times.

The Summer Reading Kick Off Event is June 25 at 2 p.m. and includes an interactive mime performance called “Every Hero Has a Great Story.”
Summer weekend hours start June 27, when the library is open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and closed on Sundays.

On July 1, Wayland’s library hours go back to the “old hours,” which are until 9 p.m. on Thursdays and 6 p.m. on Fridays.
