WAYLAND, MA — Because of state laws, a monetary limit is placed on a gift that can be given to a teacher. Here's a way you can show your appreciation in Wayland.

Wayland Public Schools Foundation is holding its HATS Off Winter Campaign through Dec. 19. Making a donation to the Wayland Public Schools Foundation is a great way to say “Thank You!” to that special teacher or staff member.

For more than 30 years, the Wayland Public Schools Foundation (WPSF) has supported teachers by funding classroom innovations and creative units of study not covered by the regular school budget.

Make a donation, and tour child's teacher (or any school employee you wish to thank), will receive a card acknowledging that a donation has been made in his or her honor along with your personalized message. (The amount of the gift will not be disclosed.) A minimum of $10 per gift is suggested.

Donation forms are also available for download and can be mailed to P.O. Box 97, Wayland, MA 01778, along with a check made payable to the Wayland Public Schools Foundation.
