They called it late, but they called it. The blizzard has done it again. The kids will squeeze out another winter day at home in Wayland.
The superintendent announced that Wayland public schools will be closed on Wednesday.
“The Department of Public Works is working very hard at clearing the roads, but due to the size of this continuing storm, they have informed me that there is much more to be done on the roads and few sidewalks will be ready by the morning,” said Superintendent Paul Stein. “All schools – including The Children’s Way and the BASE programs – will be closed tomorrow. Be safe and enjoy the day.”
