Wayland Police Make Warrant, OUI Arrests

Wayland police arrested a Framingham man on a warrant and a motor vehicle charge on Sept. 17.
According to a press release, Jose R. Dasilva, of 15 Greenview St., Framingham, was pulled over on Old Connecticut Path at about 9:15 a.m. Monday morning.
Following an investigation, an officer determined that Dasilva, 26, was unlicensed and had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear at Concord District Court. Dasilva was placed under arrest and transported to Framingham District Court for an arraignment.

In other arrest news:
- On Sept. 13, Christopher Patterson of 1079 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, was arrested after an officer observed a car speeding and failing to stay within marked lanes on Boston Post Road.
Patterson, 39, was charged with operating under the influence (liquor), failure to stay in marked lanes, speeding and driving to endanger. He was released after promising to appear at Framingham District Court the next morning.
- Jonathan Dowie of 2 Collettes Grove Road in Derry, N.H., was arrested on a warrant on Sept. 14. During a traffic stop, Officer Mark Hebert checked Dowie's license and found an outstanding Westborough District Court warrant for motor vehicle violations. Dowie, 33, was taken into custody and later released on bail
