Langan has competed in Spartan races since 2011, but never before a nationally televised audience, he told the Wayland Town Crier.
Wayland, with its abundance of natural resources, acted as Langan’s training ground for himself and his team members, Langan told the Wayland Town Crier. He said Lake Cochituate and the extensive trail system acted as ideal obstacle courses.
