Alexandra Wuerfl of Wayland, a member of the class of 2017, has been named to Assumption College’s Dean’s List, one of the school’s highest academic honors, according to an announcement from readMedia.
To earn a spot on the Dean’s List, Assumption students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 for a five-class, 15-credit semester.
“Assumption College is proud of the students named to the Spring 2015 Dean’s List, many of whom balance a number of demanding academic, extra-curricular and community service responsibilities,” said College President Francesco C. Cesareo, Ph.D., in a statement.“The students who earned this prestigious honor have proven themselves to be devoted scholars in their academic journey to lead a life of knowledge, integrity and compassion. Their Assumption education will serve them well in their pursuit of success as they light the way in their chosen field.”
