Wayland XC Festival Runs in October
This annual event benefits the Wayland Cross Country teams at the high school.
The Wayland XC Festival is back, helping to raise funds for the Wayland Cross Country teams at Wayland High School.
This “exciting cross country race” heads through fields and wooded trails. With a youth race and an open race, this event provides one of the few cross-country running opportunities for kids and adults in Massachusetts.
There are three events - a 3K for ages 11-14, a 3K for ages 10 and under, and a 5K open race, all taking place on Sunday, Oct. 12, with start times ranging from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Whether you are new to cross-country or a veteran of the trails, this is a race for you!
The races begin and end at Wayland High School.
