'WRAP'ping Up Long Term Plans for Wayland
The Wayland Real Asset Planning Committee welcomes your input.

The Wayland Real Asset Planning Committee invited one or more representatives from every town board, committee and commission to provide a brief synopsis of their projected need for new or renovated facilities and land over the next 20 years.
They present those synopses on Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 7:30 p.m. at the Wayland Town Building at a meeting that is open, and welcoming, to the public.
“WRAP’s overall goal is to develop a comprehensive long-range facilities plan, siting strategy and capital funding plan to assist the Town in making informed decisions regarding major capital projects. WRAP is also charged with recommending the most appropriate uses for municipally owned land and buildings to meet Wayland’s future needs.”
