Alternative Outdoor Printing

Wellesley College welcome guests to experiment with nontraditional print tools and methods and to explore the creative process of community.

In partnership with Disability Services and Facilities, the Art Department’s ARTS 223 Alternative Print Methods class will welcome guests to observe an outdoor print-making session. To experiment with nontraditional print tools and methods and to explore the creative process of community collaboration, Wellesley faculty and students, along with their counterparts from nearby art schools, will print large woodcuts using a road roller and freestyle monoprints with wheelchairs, bicycles, and skateboards.

October 29 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
