Alzheimer's Program To Be Held In Wellesley
The program is a social engagement event for people living with Alzheimer's.
WELLESLEY, MA — Research has clearly shown that staying active is a powerful way to manage Alzheimer’s or another dementia. To provide those living with mild Alzheimer’s disease or a memory disorder with opportunities for social engagement, the Alzheimer’s Association, Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter will host a free program on March 3.
This free engagement opportunity is part of the Alzheimer’s Association Alz Meet Up program. It is intended for individuals with mild memory loss and their care partners.
The event begins at 2 p.m. at the Davis Museum, 106 Central Street, Wellesley. The Davis Museum is located on the Wellesley College campus. The college art collection was first displayed in the Farnsworth Art Building, founded in 1889. The museum in its present form opened in 1993 in a building designed by Rafael Moneo.
