Director of Veterans' Services: Thank You for Your Work
Volunteers replaced American flags on grave sites of veterans.
By Stanley W. Spear Jr.
On behalf of the Department of Veterans’ Services, the Wellesley Veterans’ Organizations and the families of Veterans buried in the Woodlawn Cemetery, I would like to thank everyone who volunteered to join us in replacing the United States Flags on the Veterans graves.
It was thoughtful of you to take the time out of your personal schedule to help us at the cemetery. I would like you to know that your efforts were greatly appreciated and have contributed significantly to our most solemn and patriotic holiday.
