Dec. 3
5:30 p.m. - A Framingham Man was arrested on OUI charges. Police pulled over Matthew McAdams, 26, on Worcester Street. Officers said committed several marked lane violations. Police said McAdams smelled like alcohol and had glassy,bloodshot eyes. There was an 18-pack of beer with six beers remaining in the car, according to police. McAdams agreed to a field sobriety test, but police said he failed. He was taken into custody and released on personal recognizance.

11:30 p.m. - A Framingham man was arrested after police said he sped 13 mph over the speed limit and drove on a suspended license. Police said they pulled over Oscar Hernandez, 33, on Worcester Street after driving 63 mph in a 50 mph zone. When police asked Hernandez for his license, he didn't have one on him, according to police. Police searched his information and said Hernandez's license was revoked. He was taken into custody and released on $250 bail.

11:10 p.m. - Police arrested a Needham man on motor vehicle charges stemming from an active warrant. Matthew Kinscheriff, 27, was pulled over on Washington Street and taken into custody. he was released on personal recognizance.
Dec. 7
2:49 a.m. - A Brookline man was arrested after police said he was driving drunk and speeding 35 mph over the speed limit. Police near Worcester Street said they saw Luis Gonzalez-Samoje, 30, turn right from Cedar Street to Worcester Street, where a "No turn on red" sign is posted. The officer said Gonzalez-Samoje accelerated and reached speeds of over 80 mph in a 50 mph zone. Police pulled the man over; they said his eyes were glassy and bloodshot. Gonzalez-Samoje's speech was mumbled, according to police. When asked if he had been drinking, Gonzalez-Samoje said he had two glasses of wine. Police said the man agreed to a field sobriety test, but he failed. Gonzalez-Samoje was transported to Dedham District Court after refusing his right to be released on personal recognizance.
Dec. 8
1:34 a .m. - A Wellesley man was arrested after police said he possessed and drove under the influence of heroin. After receiving a call about a Toyota sedan driving erratically, police said they found the vehicle on Worcester Street drifting in an out of lanes. Police pulled over David Deligianidis, who they said had droopy eyelids, constricted pupils, and was moving slowly. According to police, Deligianidis admitted to using heroin before driving. Police said they found some of the drug on him. He was taken into custody, transported to the station and was examined by a Drug Recognition Expert from the Massachusetts State Police who reaffirmed he was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of narcotics. Deligianidis was released on personal recognizance.
11:47 a.m. - Wellesley Police assisted Wellesley College Campus Police in booking Sorren Cheeks, 20, of Springfield. Police said Cheeks violated a no trespass order. Cheeks was released on $200 bail.
