Residents now have access to specialized pelvic floor physical therapy close to home as Harbor Strength Pelvic Health opens. Founded by Doctor of Physical Therapy Maggie Curtis, Harbor Strength Pelvic Health provides one-on-one care for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, prolapse, core weakness, and other pelvic health concerns. Every treatment plan is personalized, with hour-long appointments focused on helping patients return to the activities they love. For owner Maggie Curtis, opening the clinic is especially meaningful. As a Sudbury native, she's excited to bring specialized pelvic health services back to the community she calls home. "I'm grateful for the opportunity to provide this level of care in the town where I grew up. My goal is to make expert pelvic health physical therapy more accessible so people don't have to travel far to receive the support they deserve." Join the MA District 18 Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary for a late morning of mini-golf at Golf on the Village Green to support Special Olympics Massachusetts.&nbsp; Tickets are just $10 per person (for both adults and children if you want to pay a little extra to raise some funds for a very good cause). Our event includes access to a purchasing some 50/50 and or basket raffle tickets. Tickets for these will be pulled in the pavilion at 12n. All mini-golfers VFW/Auxiliary or not are encouraged to come out and raise some funds for the Special Olympics of MA. VFW/Auxiliary members are asked to wear a VFW/Aux item for easy ID at the gate. This is an open to the public, bring your kids,&nbsp; community-focused fundraising event. Extra special - Coaches and athletes of the Special Olympics were invited to attend!&nbsp; So come on out for a fun day!&nbsp; Rain or shine.

Silverwood Organic Farm

Silverwood Organic Farm in Sherborn will host a Farm Pop-Up on Sunday, August 23 from 10 AM–2 PM, featuring pick-your-own flowers and cherry tomatoes, organic vegetables for sale, lawn games, and a relaxing Adirondack chair hangout.
The Farm Pop-Up will also feature Farm-a-Pilates, a 60-minute outdoor mat Pilates class from 10:30–11:30 AM led by a certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. The class is $25 with advance registration and $30 day-of, space permitting.
There is no admission fee for the Farm Pop-Up. Visitors can choose from individually priced activities, pick-your-own options, and farm-fresh produce for purchase. Pick-your-own tomatoes start at $5, flowers at $15, and Farm-a-Pilates is $25 with advance registration. Farm-a-Pilates will be held rain or shine, moving under the farm’s high-peak canopy tent if needed.
