Art Exhibit: Seasons of Mount Auburn

Jennifer Johnston, photographer, has been taking photographs since high school.  She has taken graduate studies in studio art, film and photography at Harvard University Extension. Within a month of her arrival in Cambridge, she became an employee at Mount Auburn Cemetery.  More than 12 years later, she continues to discover something new at the cemetery.

Mount Auburn was founded in 1831 and consists of 175 acres of meadows, hills, ponds and woods, offering a place for quiet reflection and observation of wildlife and nature.  Designated as a National Historic Landmark, its beauty and historic associations make it an internationally renowned landscape.
