COA-Keeping on your Toes

National Falls Prevention Awareness Day is observed each year on the fi rst day of fall to promote and increase public awareness about how to prevent and reduce falls among older adults.

The Wellesley Council on Aging has planned a timely presentation called "Keeping on Your Toes", to be held on Thursday, September 16th at 10:30 a.m.

Have you fallen in your home? Are you concerned about your balance? Join us as Spaulding Rehabilitation of Wellesley presents its innovative "Keeping on Your Toes" program, which is geared towards educating the community on the risks of falling and preventative measures to reduce fall risks.
