Norfolk County Register of Deeds William P. O'Donnell will talk on the historical nature of the registry and the register's efforts to modernize and computerize the vast number of Norfolk County's real estate records.
Information will also be presented on the Massachusetts Homestead Act and other real estate issues.
Mr. O'Donnell will also answer individual questions and be able to confirm the status of a mortgage discharge or print out a copy of a deed.
