Public Hearing
The Denton Road Neighborhood Conservation District Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday July 8, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Planning Board office, Lower Level Town Hall, Wellesley.

The applicant, Douglas Wolfson, requests a Certificate of Compatibility to add an 80 square foot deck expansion at the rear of the house with new stairs and a 4 foot by 8 foot landing to connect the deck to the yard and proposes to add a 4 foot by 6 foot Craftsman style overhang to the existing front entry at his property located at 44 Denton Road, which is in the Denton Road NCD.
All application materials can be reviewed in the Planning Board office in the Lower Level of Town Hall.
