Former Child Slave from Ghana, James Kofi Annan, is speaking about his childhood struggles and about his current efforts to fight child labor. Kofi is the founder of Challenging Heights, a school in Ghana where he provides education for fellow child slaves that he rescues, thus helping them escape poverty and systematic forced labor.
MSNBC anchor/reporter, Richard Lui, will also be presenting on his experiences in Ghana while reporting on Kofi's activist efforts for CNN. Lui has previously reported on trafficking stories for CNN, exposing the sex trafficking systems in Indonesia.
