Jane Kohuth to read from "Ducks Go Vroom"

Join us in celebrating the publication of a book by one of our own! Jane Kohuth, a children’s bookseller here at the Wellesley Booksmith, will be giving a special interactive presentation on her debut early-reader Ducks Go Vroom! This sweet book uses onomatopoeia to tell the story of three little ducks going to visit their Auntie Goose. There will be snacks, a fun bookmark craft for kids, and Jane is happy to sign her book to your special Valentine. Perfect for the lovable little ducks in your life!

Jane grew up in Brooklyn, New York, went to High School on Cape Cod, and now lives and works in her house in the historic district of Holliston, Massachusetts with her husband Michael and her black cat Ruby. She graduated from Brandeis University with a degree in English and Creative Writing and from Harvard Divinity School with a Master's Degree in Theological Studies. Though not all of what she's studied makes an appearance in her work (no Biblical Hebrew yet), the habits of creative thought and curiosity she developed in school help her every day. She has worked as a Jewish educator, a children's room library assistant, a writing teacher, and a children's bookseller, and can still occasionally be found behind the counter at Wellesley Booksmith.
