Explore your relationship with food and develop an awareness that will promote physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual health and well-being!
Mindful Nourishment is a unique program developed by our Integrative Nutritionist, Julie Freeman and our Mindfulness Facilitator/Energy Healer, Patricia Howard. The intent is to equip participants with helpful information and tools to not only make healthful changes to their eating but also to discern a deeper understanding of how and why they each have those habits. Mindfulness practices will allow participants to become aware of individual needs and witness the patterns they typically use to meet those needs.
Each week covers new content and builds off of the previous week. For example, week one sets you up with a good foundation discussing conscious eating and providing practical handouts like a Sample Grocery Shopping List. You can expect a balance of verbal and visual instruction from the program teachers, learning through discussion, as well as experiential time in mindfulness practices like grounding/centering, meditation, etc.
