Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) – Free Orientation

Is stress getting the better of you?  Mindfulness is the antidote.

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing awareness, calmness and a sense of the present to you and your body through specific techniques. These tools have been proven to be effective in helping to improve health, relationships and overall quality of life.

In this free orientation, Patricia Howard leads you through Mindful exercises and gives an overview of the 8-week MBSR program, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
