The Gathering - Women's Group

The Gathering is an educational, supportive and experiential group for women. 

--Are you going through life changes?

--Is there something inside you that you long to express?

--Would you like to learn how to release the past and celebrate your life with the support of other women?

If you are looking to move beyond your habitual ways, feel a need to be more authentic, have an urge to express your creativity, going through one of life’s transitions – this is the group for you.

We meet weekly under the guidance of Patricia Howard, trained in Barbara Brennan Healing and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.   Terms run September - December then again January to June. The group is limited to a maximum of 8 women and costs $50 for each two-hour session.
