The proposed amendment to the Order is to allow for a change in the location of the proposed house, slight modification of the

footprint of the house and modified configuration of the proposed deck.

Wellesley Recycling and Disposal Facility – MA DEP #324-646 - Continued Notice of Intent

The proposed project is to replicate Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and implement a Compost Area Management Plan. This

NOI filing has been made in conjunction with an Enforcement Order.

Wellesley Country Club – MA DEP #324-647 – Continued Notice of Intent hearing

The proposed project is to construct a golf course maintenance facility, parking lot, materials storage area, stormwater management

systems and associated elements within the Riverfront Area of Rosemary Brook, buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands

and Bank of an irrigation pond.

NOTE: A special public meeting date has been scheduled for the continued review of this project.

The meeting will be held at 7:00pm, Thursday, September 30, 2010, in the Great Hall of the Town

Hall.
