Free Ice Cream At Bach To Rock In Wellesley

WELLESLEY, MA – One local business is celebrating summer in style. On July 11, a Bach to Rock, a music school on Linden Street is pairing up with Mix 104.1 for an open house extravaganza.

"This is our first time doing something with radio," said Cali Calendrello who worked for Mix 104.1 and then with CBS Radio for 15 years before joking the team at Bach to Rock.

The music shop has been been in Wellesley almost a year and a half and the goal of the event is not only to let people know they're there, but, says Calandrello. "Really we like to do what we can for the Wellesley community," she said.

Bach to Rock in Wellesley, is part of a franchise that provides music lessons for students of all ages and skill levels across the country, Wellesley serves living in Wellesley, Natick and Newton, according to the website.

For one hour on Tuesday July 11, Mix 104.1 will be giving away free ice cream courtesy of Turkey Hill, along with music, games, prizes, and including a chance to win a free birthday party courtesy of Bach to Rock on Tuesday, July 11 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., and hosting the event will be Wellesley’s own, Sue Brady Hartigan.

Bach to Rock is located at 200 a Linden Street in the Shops at Linden Square Wellesley – across from the CVS drive-thru.
