Fuller Brook Park Paths Closed for Improvement Project
The improvement project is underway, and some paths at Fuller Brook have to close as part of that project.

Sections of the Fuller Brook Park path are currently closed while planned improvement projects are underway.
As posted on the town’s website, a new, raised wooden walkway is being installed from Rice Street to Hunnewell Field. We expect that area to be back open for public use during the week of November 10th.

The path between Forest Street and Paine Street is also closed while the old boardwalk is replaced with a new, raised wooden walkway. We will also be performing planned stream restoration work in that section, including relocating a stretch of the stream to protect the Town’s sewer line. The work in this section will continue through year’s end. Reopening is expected in January, 2015.
The contractor will post signs in the affected areas directing path users to alternate routes.
