Stonehill College professor Gary Hylander will present the lecture, “Tonkin Gulf Resolution: August 1964” at Waterstone at Wellesley on Wednesday, July 16 at 7:30 p.m. Hylander, a popular speaker who frequently gives history lectures at local venues, will discuss the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which authorized military action in Southeast Asia. This event is free and open to the public, but an R.S.V.P. is requested at 781-235-1614. Waterstone is located at 27 Washington St., and includes 134 apartments for seniors 62 and older. It features independent and assisted living rental apartments.
