Jan. 31

1:10 a.m. - A Holliston woman was arrested after police said she drunkenly drove her car and struggled to stay on her side of the road. Police on Central Street said they saw Elizabeth Antin, 43, cross into their lane and sound her horn at the cruiser. The officer switched directions and followed the Toyota SUV down Washington Street. Police said Antin struggled to stay in her lane. She was pulled over and asked to take a field sobriety test, but police said she failed. She was taken into custody and later released on personal recognizance.

6 p.m. - A Natick man was charged with driving under the influence and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Police said they were called to the Lower Falls area after a report of a Honda minivan crossing into the wrong lane and almost causing a head-on collision. Police found the minivan on Washington Street and pulled it over. Police said the driver, Kevin Baughman, 42, seemed confused and denied drinking any alcohol that night. But police said he later admitted to drinking, but didn't remember how much. Baughman failed a field sobriety test, police said. He was taken into custody and released on personal recognizance.

Jan. 28

9:13 a.m. - Police spoke with a woman who wanted to turn in an air rifle for destruction. The air rifle was brought back to the police station and was safely stored until it can be destroyed.

3:48 p.m. - A woman called police after she got a call from someone posing as as Social Security employee. Police said she provided personal information to the caller prior to realizing it was a scam. She had already called the credit reporting bureau to place a fraud alert on her account and the Social Security Administration. As of Wednesday, there has been no financial loss.

Jan. 29

8:30 a.m. - Police were called to a business on William Street after an unattended gun was found in the bathroom. Before police arrived, the gun's owner realized he left it in the bathroom by mistake. He returned to find that the director of security was waiting for police to arrive. The business's director of security told police an employee went in the bathroom around 8:25 a.m., and found the gun in its holster on a shelf. The business and office park prohibit firearms from being on the property. The business will refer the incident to their human resources division. Police confirmed the gun was properly registered to the man and he had a license to carry. The gun was returned to the man. Police said they will notify the licensing authority to conduct an administrative review of his license to carry and further determine what action will be taken.

Jan. 31

7:43 a.m. - Police spoke with a woman who is an employee at a store on Washington Street. The woman said a man came into the store and was acting strangely and she was unsure if he was under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Police spoke with another employee on the phone and advised her if they did not wish to have the man return to the store, they could issue a letter of no trespass. The manager determined they would handle the issue internally.

Feb. 2

12:22 a.m. - Police were called to a residence after getting a call that a man was unresponsive. Police said the man overdosed on opioids. The Wellesley Fire Department administered Narcan and took the man to the hospital.
