The Haynes Management, Inc. Brokerage team of Vida Doyle and Michael Hoban recently represented five Landlords in six transactions totaling 14,956 square feet in Newton and Wellesley, Massachusetts. All of the transactions were new Tenants joining the Haynes Management portfolio. Two of the deals were at 40 Grove Street, Wellesley and bring the building’s occupancy to 98%. At 888 Worcester Street in Wellesley a 3,665sf transaction brings the building to 88% occupancy. In Wellesley Hills at 30 Washington Street, a 5,771sf Tenant will be moving in to a now fully leased building! Next door at 36 Washington Street, a Tenant leasing 2,404sf makes the building 89% occupied. Lastly, a 1,245sf Tenant at Echo Bridge Office Park brings the building’s occupancy to 90%.
