The Haynes Management, Inc. Brokerage Team Completes 5 Deals in Wellesley Hills, MA

The Haynes Management, Inc. Brokerage team of Vida Doyle and Michael Hoban recently represented two Landlords in five transactions totaling 9,800 square feet in Wellesley Hills, MA. Two of the new leases were at the Fraser Medical Building at 332 Washington Street bringing the building to full occupancy. Three deals were at 20 Walnut Street and bring the total occupancy levels to 85%. Haynes is noticing a trend toward longer leases with three of these leases being 5 year deals, good news!
