Nov. 22
3:03 p.m. - A Watertown woman was arrested after police said she struck a guardrail and a tree while driving under the influence of drugs.

Melissa Favor, 42, was driving Weston Road, when police said they were called because she was driving erratically. Officer Tana DiCenso said she saw Favor straddle the yellow lines and on a few occasions, was driving partially on the opposite side of the road. She said Favor almost collided with several cars in oncoming traffic before she struck a guardrail and a tree. The car took minor damage to its passenger side mirror.
When DiCenso spoke with the suspect, she said Favor's speech was slow and slurred, her eyes were bloodshot and her eyelids were heavy.

Favor, according to police agreed to take a field sobriety test, but failed. Before taking the test, police said she fell out of the car on her way out and used her vehicle to steady herself.
Favor was charged with her second OUI of drugs offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lane violations. She was taken into custody and is being held without bail.
11:02 p.m. - A Dedham man was arrested after police said he drove drunk and did not know where he was.
According to police, Peter Tosti, 23, Officer Mark DeBernardi saw Tosti run a redlight at the intersection of Washington Street, Grove Street and Central Street. DeBernardi pulled the suspect over and said he immediately smelled alcohol on Tosti. He said his eyes were bloodshot and his speech was "extremely slurred."
Tosti didn't realize he was in Wellesley, according to police. He thought he was in Dedham and that the post office was his apartment building.
Police said Tosti agreed to take a field sobriety test, but he failed. Tosti was taken into custody and released on $300 bail.
