Historian to discuss history of whaling at Waterstone

Curtis Martin, an author and Professor Emeritus at Merrimack College, will discuss the history of whaling in New England at Waterstone at Wellesley on Tuesday, Aug. 12 at 2:30 p.m. Learn more about the ships that once sailed and the life aboard them in this fascinating lecture. This event is free and open to the public, but an R.S.V.P. is requested at 781-235-1614. Waterstone is located at 27 Washington St., and includes 134 apartments for seniors 62 and older. It features independent and assisted living rental apartments.
