Jeep Crashes Into Wellesley Variety Store

WELLESLEY, MA — A person was sent to the hospital after a crashing their Jeep into a variety store. Wellesley Variety on Forest Street is being inspected for structural damage. The driver suffered minor injures, police said.

Police released a photo showing the Jeep up against the front of the building. It does not appear the Jeep breached the building, but there is damage done.

There is no word on what caused the person to drive into the store.
