Landscape Artist Exhibits Work At Library
Richard Kattman will be showing paintings of local landscapes through July.
Landscape painter Richard Kattman was busy hanging his works outside and inside the Wakelin Room at the Wellesley Free Library's main branch Friday.
Kattman said he paints all his works at the site he's capturing on canvas - he never works from photos of the sites he paints. He's painted landscapes from the Charles River in Wellesley, Weston Nurseries in Hopkinton and his hometown of Holliston.
The artist's home base is at 24 Water St., Holliston. He can be reached at 508-893-6232. His paintings will be on exhibit at the Wakelin Room through July.
