LINX Camps Donates Snow Blower to Mass Hort’s Festival of Trees Holiday Event

WELLESLEY, MA – December 7, 2015 – LINX of Wellesley, MA hopes to make winter a little easier with the unusual donation of a snow blower and 3 $200 LINX Camps gift certificates to the Massachusetts Horticultural Society’s annual Festival of Trees celebration taking place November 27 -December 13, 2015. The event is held at Mass Hort’s Elm Bank property, 900 Washington Street, Wellesley, MA.

According to LINX Vice President Josh Schiering, this year’s donation was inspired by last year’s historically hard winter and knowing the very promise of summer camp for any child will help melt away the winter. The tree comes complete with a new snow blower and 3 $200 LINX Camps gift certificates for the lucky winner.

“Our ties to Mass Hort are stronger than ever. After all, Elm Bank is where we began our day camp initiative. As we continue to grow, we continue to value our relationship with Mass Hort, and donating a tree that will help raise awareness and funds for such an important organization is one way we try to give back to our friends within the community,” said Schiering.
