LINX Dance Students Perform at Boston University Fundraiser
Boston, MA – April 5th – LINX Dance students were invited to perform with some of the area’s best college teams at Boston University’s New England’s Best Showcase on April 3rd, a fundraiser to benefit BU Dance students traveling to Nationals. LINX dance students in 8th grade through high school happily performed 2 hip hop dances at the university’s Case Gym on Babcock Street in Boston.
LINX dance students watched all of the college dance teams perform. Heather Emley, Dance Director at LINX, said the girls enjoyed dancing with the older girls and the opportunity to experience the higher college dance levels, getting a sense of what they could choose to do in college. “I am so proud of our dancers who went out and did a great job dancing. We were very honored to be included in New England's best, and I think it was a great experience for the girls."
