LINX Elite Dancers’ Free Animal Wins Best Dance of the Weekend
LINX Elite Dancers of Wellesley won the award for the highest scoring dance of the Diva Dance Competition 4/28-29 at Amesbury High School.
WELLESLEY, MA – May 4th - LINX Elite Company Dancers of Wellesley won the award for the highest scoring dance of the entire Diva Dance Competition, among other top awards, with their performance of Free Animal at Amesbury High School, Amesbury, MA April 28th – 29th. LINX Elite Company and Jr. Company dancers performed at the event.
“I am so proud of how all the dancers have worked together this season as a team to support each other. These dancers have been dancing together for so long and it's great to see them grow both as dancers and young adults, ” said Heather Emley, LINX Dance Director.
LINX’s 10 – 17-year-olds experienced live judging while still on the stage, which provided valuable immediate feedback to help them improve in subsequent dances.
