LINX Partners with BMAX to Offer Adult High Intensity Fitness Program

Wellesley, MA – February 4, 2016 - LINX of Wellesley has partnered with BMAX (Berler Maximum Activation Extreme) Founder/CEO and personal trainer Andy Berler to offer a short, high intensity fitness program for adults only at LINX of Wellesley. BMAX is the official workout for the cheer squads representing the New England Patriots, Redskins, Bengals, Rams, and Boston Cannons.

“I am so excited to bring BMAX, the official workout of the Patriots Cheerleaders to the LINX Dance studio and to the Wellesley community. I can’t wait to make it activation nation’s home away from home,” said Berler.

Each 45-minute full body workout is designed to work on cardio health, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and body composition.
