When we first opened, reservations were in a 3-ring binder, and class cards were kept in a shoe box,” said Pryor. “Four years ago we introduced an online reservation system and business took off. Now we have an app that takes booking convenience to the next level.”
Spynergy has been at 386 Washington St. for seven years. The studio, co-owned by Bill Pryor’s sister Alex Klemmer of Needham, runs 30 to 40 classes per week and services 800 to 1,000 riders per week, according to the statement.
