2:35 p.m. - Jose Mota was arrested after police said he had a warrant out for his arrest issued in Concord District Court. Police said they pulled him over because Motta's registration was expired. He was released on personal recognizance.

Jan. 25
10:55 a.m. - A man at a business on Walnut Street called police and said a former employee had not responded to the company's request to return a company-issued laptop. Police said the man sent a letter, email, and also called, but never heard from the employee. Police called the former employee and said they got a call back the next day. The former employee provided police with a tracking number, and police confirmed the laptop was in transit.
11:52 p.m. - Police said they were called to the Boston Sports Club because a woman reported she turned her back to wash her hands in the women's locker room and found an employee going through her purse when she turned around. The woman said nothing was missing from her purse. According to police, the employee said she was looking for an ID to see who the purse belonged to. The investigation is incomplete, and there's no further update at this time.

9:57 p.m. - Police saw a car parked away from other vehicles in the parking lot at CVS, which police said was running. Officers looked inside and said they found two people in the car, the driver with marijuana and grinder on her lap. The driver told police she had not smoked since 10 a.m., while passenger said she smoked a half hour ago. Police said they asked the driver to pass a field sobriety test, which she passed.

6:05 p.m. - A woman told police she lost her phone at the Woodland MBTA station the previous day. Police said the woman arraigned to meet an unknown woman who answered her phone. She was supposed to meet her at 3 p.m., but police said she never showed. The woman used the "Find My iPhone" app, which showed the phone may have been near Barton Road. Police said they asked some resident in the area, but there are no suspects at this time.
