Man Charged in $35K Wellesley Heist
Albert Morissette hit the same Wellesley Square business twice, police said.

Wellesley police on Thursday announced the arrest of a suspect in the heist of over $35,000 worth of merchandise from a Wellesley Square store.
Albert Morissette faces charges for burglaries in Wellesley and Boston.
Police said on Aug. 7, Morissette hurled a cobblestone at the glass door of the Wellesley Square business, climbed through, and stole over $35,000 worth of merchandise. Then on Sept. 8, the broke into the same store but was unable to make off with any merchandise, police said. A security camera the burglary and it was pivotal in Morissette’s arrest, police said.

Police said Morissette has a rap sheet that includes similar break-ins in Wellesley in 2010.
