In partnership with MassBay Community College, the Community Services Department of the Town of Natick is offering summer classes in Conversational Spanish (non-credit), World Traditions and Critical Thinking. Whether you’re looking to fulfill college credits or enhance your lifelong learning goals these classes are at the centrally located Natick Community-Senior Center (CSC), between Natick and Wellesley at 117 East Central St with parking and new facilities. Conversational Spanish, 7/7-8/13 meets on Mondays and Wednesdays 1:30-3:30pm, an immersion workshop designed for beginners with little or no Spanish skills. Ideal for those planning a trip, would like to brush up on their language skills or would like to improve their Spanish use at work or other. $150 fee.
World Traditions, a 3 credit course 7/7-8/13 meets on Monday and Wednesdays 6-9:30pm with Professor Neil Pischner. A Humanities Class of comparative analysis of global cultural practices and assessment of their impact within a multicultural environment. $522 fee.

Critical Thinking, a 3 credit course 7/8-8/14, meets on Tuesday and Thursday 6-9:30pm with Professor Francis DeVito. A MassBay requirement for all majors in interpreting, analyzing, synthesizing and assessing new information and its relationship to previous knowledge. $522 fee.
