In case you missed the announcement on its Facebook page, Blue Ginger recently added a seasonal item to the dinner menu.
Now, dinner guests can choose the summer “Pho” with shrimp, clams and crispy pork confit.
“Pair it with Qupe, Bien Narcido, Chardonnay - on our wine list by the glass or bottle.”
