Officials Tackle Fire on Chesterton Rd.

Wellesley Fire officials were called to the scene of 34 Chesterton Rd. for a working fire on Thursday afternoon.

According to witnesses and officials at the site, the fire originated in an indoor/outdoor sunroom, located at the back of the home. Officials described the damage as minimal, while Wellesley Fire Captain Jim Dennehy stated that “there was a lot of smoke,” but flames were kept to a minimum.

No injuries have been reported and the Weston Fire Department assisted in clearing the scene.
