Person Struck By Car In Wellesley Square

WELLESLEY, MA — Wellesley Square was briefly closed for a car crash around midday.

At about 12:20 pm., the square was closed between Cross and Central streets due to a car crash involving a pedestrian, police said.

One injury was reported at the scene, but Wellesley Police did not expand on the severity.

The square was reopened about 10 minutes later.
