In the period since 6/09 -6/16, seven single family properties were added to the inventory while nine sold. A total of 111 properties now remain.  While buyers are still buying, they’ve become more price sensitive in the past several weeks.  As you can see, the under $1M supply has increased and buyers are more cautious about how much they are willing to pay.
