Real Estate Report: 10 Houses Under Agreement, 106 On the Market

In the period since 5/01/17 - 5/08/17, 17 single family homes came on the market and 10 sold. There are 106 single family homes remaining for sale. This week last year, there were 144 homes for sale. (It’s interesting that Weston, with less than half of the entire single family housing stock, has 111 homes on the market at this time.)
