Real Estate Report: 10 Houses Under Agreement, 125 On the Market

In the period since 3/28/16 - 4/04/16, thirty single family homes came on the market (!) and ten went under agreement. A total of 125 homes remain for sale. A year ago in Wellesley, there were just 15 available homes priced from $1.5M-$2M and now we’re up to 30. The supply of homes in this range has soared in Weston and Needham as well. Supply has risen from 26 homes in all three towns as of April 2015, to 80 at this time.
