Real Estate Report: 10 Houses Under Agreement, 150 On the Market

In the period since 10/03/16 - 10/10/16, three single family homes were introduced to the market and ten went under agreement. The ‘silent whistle’ has blown only heard by buyers. They’ve decided (correctly) that significant new supply won’t be added through the remainder of the year and begun to buy in earnest. As of this week, there are 150 homes remaining.
