Real Estate Report: 10 Houses Under Agreement, 92 On the Market

This week was a brisk one for sales: in the period since 10/16/17 - 10/23/17, 6 single family homes were introduced to the market and 10 sold. Mid-to-late October is usually when buying activity increases and remains strong until Thanksgiving week. As of October 23rd, there are 92 single family homes remaining for sale.
