Real Estate Report: 11 Houses Under Agreement, 145 On the Market

In the period since 5/30/16 - 6/06/16, thirteen single family homes were introduced and eleven went under agreement. As of June 6th, there are 145 homes remaining for sale. While buyers have demonstrated that they are price-sensitive, they bid in earnest when they determine the price is ‘right’. There were multiple offers on a couple of homes this past week.
